Payment
For a fixed reservation, we kindly ask to transfer a deposit per apartment of EUR 200€. Bookings are only valid after our confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining amount (rental fee minus the deposit) is to be paid in cash on arrival.
Bank details
The bank account numbers will be communicated at the time of booking or confirmation (fixed reservation).
Cancellation policy
The General terms and conditions for accommodation establishments apply.
Up to 3 months before your arrival, the contract can be canceled by both sides by a “unilateral declaration”.
From 3 months up to 1 month before your arrival we charge 40% of the travel price.
From 1 month to 1 week before your arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price.
Arrival / Departure
The apartments are available from 2 pm (or by arrangement) and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
